Conference and Workshop Fees
- Conference fees include conference and poster show participation, booklet with full abstracts of talks and posters, two lunches, coffees at breaks.
- Workshop fees include tutorials participation, slides booklet and coffees at breaks.
- Dinner at the Restaurant Die Waid on August 30th will be charged separately at CHF 100.– (see registration form).
- Registration on site: cash only, normal fee + CHF 40.–
- Reductions on registration fees (conference dinner excluded): CCMX and MRC Affiliates*: 15% reduction. Groups: Companies and individual academic groups with five or more participants get 20% reduction of total group registration fees.
- Cancellation before August 15th: fee will be refunded minus CHF 50.– administrative charge. Cancellation after August 15th: no refund possible.
- All payments must be received in full in order to qualify for early booking discounts. Registration is not confirmed unless payment has been received in advance. The registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
- Payment for normal registration fees must be received before August 15th.
* CCMX affiliates are members of the flagship projects financed by the CCMX MatLife (Principal Investigators (PIs), co-applicants, PhD students and postdocs).
MRC affiliates are part of a research group at ETH Zurich that is a member of the materials research center (MRC).
